My Crystal Heart

Clink, Clink, Clink, Clink,
This might seem very cliché, but
That sound you're hearing is my heart,
My crystal heart's cracking, crumbling, corroding,
Because when you hit a crystal hard enough,
It'll surely shatter, and soon will mine but
It's struggling, begging to stay together and
Chaining all the cracking pieces together
Is my sanity, trust, and stupidity,
Should this be called a blessing or curse?
Don't answer because if you do, then it'll be lifted
And you'll see the my heart receive the final blow,
And the shattering of a crystal.
